Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, for unopened products only.

• Eligibility: the product must be unopened, in its original sealed packaging. For food safety reasons, opened bags cannot be returned or refunded.
• Return shipping: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refund: once we receive the unopened product, a full refund of the product price is issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• How to start a return: contact us first at info@liquidsolution.ca with your order number before shipping anything back.

Exceptions

• Damaged or defective products: if your order arrives damaged or does not meet the specifications described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@liquidsolution.ca with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
• Incorrect items: if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours. We will ship the correct item at no additional cost.
