By placing an order on liquidshop.ca, you agree to the following terms:

1. Products — All ingredients sold on LiquidShop are food-grade quality, intended for use in beverage and food manufacturing. They are not intended for direct consumer
resale without proper labeling and regulatory compliance.

2. Pricing — All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which are
calculated at checkout.

3. Orders — We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified and
refunded if your order is cancelled.

4. Shipping — Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination within Canada. LiquidShop is not responsible for delays caused by
shipping carriers.

5. Liability — LiquidShop provides ingredients as-is. The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, proper handling, and appropriate use of all
purchased ingredients. Certificates of analysis (COA) are available upon request.

6. Governing Law — These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
