Example Drink
5 g creatine monohydrate + 1 g taurine + 3 g L-arginine in 300 to 500 ml of water. L-arginine has a bitter, slightly alkaline taste: a squeeze of lemon, a pinch of citric acid or a flavoured drink mix balances it. Use warm water or stir well, since creatine does not fully dissolve in cold water.
