Example Shake
30 g whey protein isolate + 5 g creatine monohydrate + 5 g L-glutamine, shaken into 250 to 300 ml of cold water or milk. All three are unflavoured: add cocoa, coffee, fruit or a sweetener of your choice. The 1 kg bag of WPI covers about 33 shakes; the creatine and glutamine last much longer.
